How to measure for compression socks: Sit the person down with their foot flat on the floor and their knee at a 90 degree angle. This contracts the calf so we get it at its biggest measurement. In this position, the person can measure themselves accurately or be measured by someone else. You want to measure the ankle circumference at the smallest point (above the ankle joint, not around the maleoli - just the skinniest part of the bottom of the leg). You then want the calf circumference at the widest part. Shin length is measured from the pit of the knee down to the floor. Height of the person in cm. Shoe size in UK sizing. You want the tape measure to hug the skin but not be digging in. If you have any difficulties or are unsure, give us a call on 0207 326 0900.

original super fit
Firstly i am very impressed by customer service. I received a phone call from Vitalactive, after numerous attempts on there part, because who picks up a call when you don't recognize the number? Advising me to choose a different product (because of sizing), pointing out that the new advised product would be more comfortable for me. Along with other advice.

Brought these socks for my husband for a long haul flight who suffers with varicose veins, he said he didn't want to wear any as they are always too tight. He wore these socks and said they were just like wearing normal socks, soft and comfortable, his legs didn't swell or ache. Would highly recommend them.

I strongly recommend this product and although I don't normally write reviews, I decided to do so because the texture and fit of these travel socks were perfect for me. They were comfortable and easy to put on/take off and after extremely long flights to/from Sydney they prevented the discomfort of swollen feet and legs I had experienced on previous occasions
Great Daily Use Socks
I have other sport socks from Vital Active which worked great, so ordered these for every day use. They are very comfortable & cool in this warm weather & much more wearable than the prescription socks I get from doctor. Due to different materials from previous purchases I got really good advice on sizing.

Excellent Customer Service
Entered the measurements on line and ordered size and product, then received a phone call suggesting that due to the measurements being right at the top end of the original socks I had ordered for my Husband he may be more comfortable with the Ultra Comfort socks. They were absolutley right, great product and customer service, I would definately recommend these socks.
Getting through the day
Wearing these socks gets me through the day without having to spend hours with my feet up to let the puffy ankles go down. Much lighter and more comfortable than other types but would appreciate them being available in other colours to match blue jeans and cream summer trousers.
Good product
These socks are very comfortable and don't catch behind the knee, unlike other compression socks, being made from a natural yarn they also don't make your feel feel sweaty.
A really good product.
I bought these socks to wear in bed at night because I'd been troubled with night cramp. Pleased to say they did the job and allowed me to get a good night's sleep! They are light, easy to pull on and don't feel over-tight. Like a previous reviewer I too would appreciate them in other colours. Good service too - I ordered lunchtime and received them the morning after!

Received my order super fast. Bought for a long haul flight coming up but tried them out to see how they fit and how comfortable they are. They are so comfortable, I couldn't even tell I was wearing them! Not too tight and super light weight, I would highly recommend them. My flight should be much more comfortable wearing these socks, I tend to get very achy legs and hope these socks will prevent that.

A hidden gem
These socks definitely feel more refined than others I have worn. They feel extremely light and you hardly notice you are wearing them. At first I wasn't sure about the compression level but you definitely see the slight compression marks on your skin so they definitely are doing the job! I did find these slightly shorter than other socks of the same size, so not up to the knee that I prefer.

Ultra Comfort compression stockings
I purchased a pair of Ultra Comfort compression stockings recently in readiness for a long-haul flight. I have worn them twice now to assess their suitability. I have found them very comfortable to wear yet providing the necessary compression. Another important point is that they are light on the leg and do not seem to make one's legs too hot. I am confident that these stockings will prove to meet my requirements. As my son is to accompany me on the journey I have encouraged him to consider a similar purchase and he will be placing his order shortly. Hopefully this new range will be enlarged with more colour options.
