Returns and Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to cancel or return a standard item to Vital Active for refund or exchange, please return it unused in original undamaged packaging with labels intact, within 14 days of purchase.

Please notify us by email (info@vitalactive.com) prior to sending goods back or use the Returns area in your account on Vital Active to request your RMA Number.

Made to measure and personalised items are not able to be returned at any point. Items are returned at customers' own cost and the correct postage must be paid. Refunds are for the order amount minus our incurred postage expense. Statutory rights are not affected. For exchanges, our standard postage rate is charged. 

Should any item purchased from us prove faulty or incorrectly packed on receipt, then please notify us. We will instruct you on the best way to return it to us, and we will replace it or refund, including refunding your UK 1st class postage expense back to us. This does not affect your legal statutory rights.

We reserve the right to charge an admin fee of up to £5 for handling of returned goods sent in contravention of our policies.
