Made to Measure Orders

Made to measure orders take 5-7 business days to manufacture. Depending on the delivery method you select, they will then be delivered after that time. For example, if you choose UK Free Delivery (up to 5 business days) you should expect to receive your delivery 10-12 business days after you order. You will receive an email when the order is shipped, keeping you updated on its progress.

Personalised Embroidery Orders

Orders that have custom embroidered initials and flags take 10-12 working days to be completed. Depending on the delivery method you select, they will then be delivered after that time. For example, if you choose UK Standard Delivery (1-3 business days) you should expect to receive your delivery 12-15 business days after you order. You will receive an email when the order is shipped, keeping you updated on its progress.
